Heading Northbound on I-405:

• Take exit 20B--Totem Lake Blvd/124th St.
• Follow the sign to Totem Lake Blvd (veer right).
• At the light at end of the off ramp, go straight onto 120th Ave NE.
• Go past Trader Joe's on your right, up the hill, and Evergreen Hospital will be on your right.
• Turn left at the light at 130th Lane.  Evergreen Pharmacy will be on the corner directly on your left.
• Pull in the parking lot and park right away.  We are in building E, the furthest East, Suite E-50.

Heading Southbound on I-405:

• Take exit 20 (124th Ave)
• Turn left at the light at the end of the off ramp (124th Ave)
• Go over the freeway, and take a left at the stoplight onto Totem Lake Blvd.
• Take a right at the next light onto 120th Ave NE.
• Go past Trader Joe's on your right, up the hill, and Evergreen Hospital will be on your right.
• Turn left at the light at 130th Lane.  Evergreen Pharmacy will be on the corner directly on your left.
• Pull in the parking lot and park right away.  We are in building E, the furthest East, Suite E-50.
